For DSD

Your drivers are already in the conversation. Make the call count without slowing the route down.

If your drivers hand a case of coffee to an office manager, they are already in a conversation. That's a sales call. Orbit Sales makes the call count without slowing the route down.

The idea

Your delivery people have more face time with your customers than anyone else in the company. They know which office is growing, which cafe changed hands, which manager always runs out of oat milk by Wednesday. Most of that information evaporates by the end of the day.

Orbit Sales captures it on the route, in a way that doesn't add five minutes to every stop.

On the Road

  • The route is already optimized. Running late? One tap tells the next stop and dispatch. Another tap for +10, +15, or +30 minutes.
  • Sample pushes on the stop card. Two taps to log who tried the new roast and what they said.
  • Voice or one-line note. Customer mentioned they're opening a second location? It ends up on the customer record, where your sales team will see it.
  • Reorder on the spot. The driver creates the next order. It syncs to your Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, or QuickBooks — whichever you run.
  • Offline-first. Loading docks aren't always where the signal is.

What it does back at the office

  • Orders land in your existing system, not in a spreadsheet nobody reads.
  • Feedback shows up against the customer in your CRM — we write to your CRM, we don't try to be one.
  • Invoicing goes through QuickBooks if that's where your books are.
  • Payment links get emailed to the customer, so net-30 accounts can pay from their inbox.
