Where you fit today, where you go next

One product spans the whole journey.

Moving from Solo to Team to Enterprise is a billing change, not a migration. Same data, same App, same integrations — your business grows, your plan moves, you don't re-platform.

Only Orbit Sales runs end-to-end. Every other category has a hard left or right edge.

What counts toward your share

Every order that started in Orbit Sales counts — wholesale orders placed in the Store App, orders submitted by an affiliate, orders a rep enters on the road, customer orders placed in the Marketplace App, and any order a rep creates that the customer ends up paying through a Shopify, Square, or QuickBooks payment link we sent. The payment rail doesn't change attribution — if Orbit Sales is the reason the order happened, it counts.

Orders that started somewhere else and just sync over for record-keeping — a customer's direct D2C checkout on your Shopify or WooCommerce store, a Square retail sale rung up at a counter, an order typed straight into QuickBooks — are not counted. You shouldn't pay us a share of orders we weren't the reason for.

What's the same on every plan

  • Unlimited users. Add every rep, every driver, every back-office person, every retailer who logs in to place B2B orders. No per-seat anything, on any plan, ever.
  • Full product. Marketplace App, Affiliate App, Store App for B2B, QuickBooks invoicing, reminders + on-my-way alerts, multi-channel notifications, route planning, calendar sync, the discount engine — every customer gets every feature.
  • No migration when you outgrow a tier. Same database, same App, same integrations. We move the band you're in. The product doesn't change.

Why a share, and why it goes down

A share aligns us with your growth. Every order Orbit Sales originates is an order we made happen — a wholesale account that placed the reorder themselves instead of emailing you, an affiliate who closed a customer, a rep who entered the order on the route. The platform's value is originated orders, so the platform's price ties to them.

The rate drops as you move up because we already make more from a bigger customer at a lower rate. 1% on $40K is more than 2% on $5K. Volume earns the discount.

Picking a tier

Self-select by where the business is now. If you grow into the next band, your effective rate drops the month you cross. There is no version of this where growing costs you proportionally more.

Start where you are.

Outgrow it without switching off. Pricing is provisional and grandfathers at signup — early customers stay at early rates as we move out of beta.
